Sydney is the place to be during summer with its iconic beach culture, breathtaking coastal walks and vibrant arts scene. With so many things to see and do, it’s time to tick off your Sydney summer bucket list and make the most of the sunshine. Here are some suggestions on things you can do in this lively city this summer!

Explore the beautiful sights of Sydney on foot as you walk along the many walking trails available along Bondi Beach, Henry Head, Manly Beach or Hermitage Foreshore to name the few. Want an expert to show you the way? Take advantage of a guided sightseeing and running tour in Sydney here.

Join a bike tour and cycle your way round the city as you discover little nooks and crannies. You can also choose to hire a bike from Town Bike Pitstop, stop over Bespoke and Grind for excellent coffee and brunch and snap pictures by the Sydney Harbour Bridge! To all water lovers, try your hand at sailing, surfing, kayaking or snorkelling!

Catch a ferry from Circular Quay over to Watsons Bay and enjoy stunning views and fresh seafood. The fish and chips from Sydney’s celebrated dining hot spot, Doyles on the Beach is to die for. Pack your bathers and a ball for a game of cricket if you’re down for a classic Aussie day in the sun!

Watch the sunset on one of the city’s rooftop bars such as The Terrace at the Woollahra Hotel, Corridor in Newtown, or the Glenmore Hotel in The Rocks for magnificent views across to Sydney Opera House.

Sydneysiders, it’s time to get cracking - live every summer day to the fullest and live spontaneously!
